Rildelene


Rildelene Kanindé is an Indigenous woman and a researcher in the field of Indigenous Food Culture. She holds a degree in Gastronomy from the Federal Institute of Ceará (IFCE, 2017) and a master’s degree in Sociobiodiversity and Sustainable Technologies from the University for International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony (UNILAB, 2021).

Rildelene served as Coordinator of the Gender and Ecological Transition Research Project at the CEPEMA Foundation (2022–2024) and as a field technician for ADELCO’s Tremembé in the Climate Project (2024–2025). Since 2025, she has been a doctoral student in Development and Environment (PRODEMA/UFC), deepening her studies on food, territory, and sustainability. She is also a mobilization technician with Slow Food Brazil, strengthening the appreciation of traditional food systems and collective community practices.
