Seth Albright is an incoming Master’s candidate in the Department of Geography and Environment at Western University, London, Ontario. He holds a BA (Honours) in Political Science and BSc in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Global Development Studies from the University of Calgary, Alberta. Seth’s previous research focused on the restoration and monitoring of industrially disturbed wetlands (Applied Geospatial Research Group, University of Calgary), as well as place-based resistance to environmental injustice across Canada. His current work with the TEST Lab centres on a scoping review of Community-Directed Adaptation Research with Indigenous and local knowledges. His primary research interests include the political economy of fossil capital, community-directed mitigation strategies and climate justice.
