My name is Raiyah Malik, and I’m a fourth-year student in Geography and Environment at Western University. I’m from Mississauga, Ontario, but I grew up in Pakistan where I saw up close who bears the cost of environmental change. I’m joining the TEST Lab as a Work Study research assistant and help with research marketing, and I’m looking forward to supporting ongoing projects and learning how community-centered research actually comes together. I am especially interested in political ecology & environmental and social justice.
