Aaron is from Singapore and is currently a Biology undergraduate student at Western University. As the TEST Lab’s research assistant, he helps keep things organized and running smoothly for both current and future members. His work includes processing finance expenditure claims, creating user-friendly Microsoft Teams channels, revising and updating our Lab Handbook, and improving workflows. Right now, Aaron is streamlining procedures for accessing and organizing the most up-to-date ethics documents to better support our projects. Coming from a multicultural background, he values collaboration, inclusivity, and accessibility, and he enjoys building systems that make our work more efficient and impactful.
